We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Carbone Restaurant Group LTD. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and distribute marketing materials, including reports, briefs, and website content
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to drive business results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and styles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
