Job Description:\

The Senior Cyber Security Engineer plays a key role in ensuring customer-facing applications are secure throughout the SDLC.

\

This position requires expertise in cloud security, CICD tools, and application security testing to ensure the overall security posture of our platforms.

\
  • \
  • Assess CI/CD pipelines for security best practices and recommend improvements.\
  • Support development efforts for DAST and SAST for web and mobile applications.\
  • Advise on cloud infrastructure security best practices for Azure or AWS environments.\
  • Enhance security configurations for our Customer Identity and Access Management platform.\
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle.\
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.\
  • Develop roadmaps to drive enhancements to cloud security architecture and governance.\
  • Perform security reviews and maturity assessments across technology and business teams.\
  • Stay updated with the latest security threats and technologies.\
\

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in cloud security and knowledge of CI/CD tools.

\
Key Responsibilities:\

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

\
  • \
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cloud security with at least 2 years of direct experience in a Senior Security Engineering role.\
  • Extensive experience with CI/CD Tools: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform, SonarCloud, Snyk, and related toolsets.\
  • Cloud Security Expertise: In-depth experience working with Azure security configurations (preferred) or AWS.\
  • Application Security: Proven expertise in DAST and SAST for mobile and web applications.\
  • API Security: Strong understanding of API security principles and best practices.\
  • Identity & Access Management: Expertise in Auth0 or similar IAM solutions.\
  • Threat Intelligence & Security Operations: Experience designing and maintaining a cloud-native SIEM solution like Microsoft Sentinel.\
  • Development & Security Mindset: A solid foundation in software development practices.\
  • Collaboration & Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\
\

Familiarity with financial industry regulatory and compliance standards is highly recommended.
