We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team at CarePartners, where you can thrive in a Part-Time role covering the North Bay and Sturgeon Falls areas. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to our rapidly expanding therapy/rehabilitation program while enjoying flexible scheduling that supports a better work-life balance.
This position is an excellent fit for individuals with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment. As an Occupational Therapist with CarePartners, you will play a critical role in coordinating, supervising, and coaching Community Support Workers in the field, conducting professional assessments of patients in their homes and communities, and developing effective Care Plans.
You will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary care team, guiding clients toward independence in their daily lives. To excel in this role, you should possess strong assessment skills, excellent English verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university, be registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, and have a reliable vehicle for occasional travel. French language skills are considered an asset, and a Clear Background and Vulnerable Sector Check will be required.
CarePartners offers a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with comprehensive health and dental benefits, Employee Assistance Program, Perkopolis, Rewards Points, and opportunities for professional growth.
