Job Title: Tim Horton's Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tim Horton's Team Member at the Saint Mary's University campus.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Perform light cash handling duties, including counting cash, closing and opening registers, and participating in cash audits.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform other job duties as required.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years' experience working in the food and beverage industry.
  • Experience working for Tim Horton's franchise considered an asset.
  • Serve Safe and First Aid an asset.
  • Must be flexible as evening and weekend work may be required.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
