About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at 7-Eleven Canada Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle cash, cheques, credit card, and automatic debit payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise, maintaining store displays, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability to work 40 hours per week is required.
