Talentify is seeking a Workforce Development Manager to join our team. As a Workforce Development Manager, you will serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.

Maximizing profitability is key to success in this role. To achieve this, you will need to understand client needs and provide quality contractors.

  • You will work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with internal and client reporting as necessary. You will utilize the available resources of Talentify for conflict resolution. You will also perform various customer service related activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a team-oriented environment and a customer or sales focused background.

Compensation Package

The base salary for this role is $59,000 to $65,000 (based on experience). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
