$45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Specialist to join our team at Taunton Commercial Bakery Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes. They will also be responsible for baking mixed dough and batters, preparing special orders, and frosting and decorating cakes and baked goods.

• Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Prepare special orders
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
• Ensure the quality of products meets established standards
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
