Job Title: Industrial Instrument Technician

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Instrument Technician to join our team at Wenplastics. As an Industrial Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our industrial instruments and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test instruments and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine work requirements
  • Repair and maintain system components, including electrical and electronic instruments
  • Complete detailed test and maintenance reports to track system performance
  • Remove and replace defective parts, and calibrate components and instruments as needed
  • Determine and implement testing and maintenance procedures to ensure system reliability
  • Install new measuring instruments and perform scheduled preventive maintenance work
Requirements:
  • College or CEGEP diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation Technology
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical approach to troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
