Job Title: Senior Manager, Testing and Quality Assurance

Gildan is a leading apparel manufacturer with a strong portfolio of brands. We operate globally with a diverse team of professionals. The Senior Manager, Testing and Quality Assurance will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate development requirements among the development team to respect project timeline, code, technical documentation, and testing processes quality.
  • Apply Gildan software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology and standards for programming and documentation.
  • Validate the stability and integrity of our ERP and other connected applications.
  • Identify interface risks and check ERP security.
  • Create monitoring tools to be proactive in incident management.
  • Ensure the appropriate support of all phases of implementation for small or big projects.
  • Manage a team of professionals, train and mentor team members to ensure a highly skilled workforce.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of IT experience and at least 5 years ERP experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role and leading a team of professionals.
  • Knowledge of IBM Iseries machines (AS400) and DB2 is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex problems.
