Cement Finisher Job Description

At Hi-Tech Forming Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Cement Finisher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement, operating power vibrators to compact concrete, and imparting a desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete
  • Imparting a desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
  • Waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoring surfaces
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Health care plan
  • Permanent employment
  • English language
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
