We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team at BMO. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to grow loyalty and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of customer solutions.
- Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
- Registration to sell investment products completed, as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
- Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
- Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
- Working knowledge of retail investments and lending products.
