  • Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences.
  • Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
  • Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive Customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
  • Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
  • Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintains effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
  • Opens and closes the store proficiently.
