Overview of the Position

In this position, you will establish the atmosphere for the retail team and assist in bringing our brand to life for both customers and staff. Your leadership is essential in facilitating the implementation of the store strategy to reach performance objectives and drive profitable sales growth across all facets of the store, including customer service, product management, merchandising, and talent development. By collaborating with your leadership team, your aim is to mentor others and guide behaviors to foster a high-performing team that meets or surpasses targets.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and nurture talent to cultivate a culture of high performance and engagement Responsible for team performance through instruction, coaching, and delivering constructive feedback to enhance capabilities Support strategies and processes with a customer-focused approach to achieve results, boost store sales, and optimize efficiencies and productivity Encourage community involvement Adjust team priorities to meet customer and business partner demands Provide frontline supervision to an operational, service, or administrative team

Qualifications

Communicates expectations clearly and directly, providing feedback while actively listening to facilitate personal and business outcomes Demonstrated ability to organize and apply time management and prioritization skills to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong capability in driving metrics to achieve results that align with business objectives Willingness to travel as necessary Investigates beyond the immediate situation, utilizing reporting and company tools to identify underlying issues and consider potential alternatives Solid understanding of concepts and procedures within the relevant field
