About the Role

Capsule Pharmacy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Aide to join our team. As a Pharmacy Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of prescription information and providing support to our pharmacists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Management: Verify the accuracy of prescription information and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including billing and data entry.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Kroll Software.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
