Rôle et responsabilités

Sous la supervision du Directeur du Centre de Distribution, le coordonnateur/trice des transports de MAAX BATH est chargé de planifier et de déterminer l'itinéraire des transporteurs internes et externes afin d'optimiser l'efficacité du transport.

Compétences requises

  • Planification et organisation de l'itinéraire des camionneurs et des transporteurs externes
  • Analyse et évaluation de la rentabilité et l'efficacité des moyens de transports utilisés
  • Mise en place de mécanismes pour assurer le respect des horaires et des itinéraires
  • Réponse aux demandes d'information et collaboration avec le département du service à la clientèle
  • Prise de rendez-vous pour les livraisons auprès des clients
  • Effectuation des coûts d'expédition au système
  • Complétion de la documentation requise
  • Recommandation de stratégies pour améliorer la performance du service
