Finance Business Partner Role

LCI Education is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the creation of value within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the accounting and financial process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present monthly and annual company reviews, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage the annual budget exercise, monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations management teams to ensure statutory and management reporting requirements are met.
  • Support operations management teams in understanding and making decisions related to CAPEX expenses.
  • Participate in the development, integration, and improvement of financial systems and processes.
Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-legal company environment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Canadian sales and corporate taxes, as well as Sage 300 ERP.
  • Professional proficiency in English is a requirement for this role.
