Job Title: Hairstylist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hairstylist to join our team at Nomi Salon Ltd.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting and styling services to our clients. This includes cutting and trimming hair according to client instructions or preferences, shampooing customers' hair, and providing other hair treatments such as waving, straightening, and tinting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hair cutting and styling techniques, as well as excellent communication skills to ensure client satisfaction.

As a Hairstylist at Nomi Salon Ltd., you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Cut and trim hair according to client instructions or preferences
  • Shampoo customers' hair
  • Provide other hair treatments such as waving, straightening, and tinting
  • Supervise other hair stylists and other staff
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair
  • Clean and style wigs and hair pieces
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair
  • Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of hair cutting and styling techniques
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position
  • 30 hours per week
