Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Tow Truck Driver to join our team at Kenny U-Pull, a division of AIM. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will play a critical role in safely transporting vehicles to our recycling yards, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining our fleet of tow trucks.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely Operate a Tow Truck: Ensure the safe transportation of vehicles to our recycling yards, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport Vehicles: Safely transport customers' vehicles to our branch, completing delivery documents and trip logs as required.
- Inspect and Maintain Fleet: Regularly inspect the tow truck and ensure it is maintained in good condition, adhering to all maintenance schedules.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License: Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license in good standing.
- Language Proficiency: Must speak French fluently.
- Experience with Trailers: Experience with different types of trailers is considered an asset.
- Commitment to Health and Safety: Demonstrate a strong commitment to good health and safety practices.
- Strong Work Ethic: Possess a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical Health: Good physical health, with the ability to lift up to 50-75lbs.
