About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team at Wendy's. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and package food items to order, including sandwiches, salads, and other menu items.
  • Cash Handling and Customer Service: Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, as well as maintain inventory levels to ensure that our restaurants are fully stocked.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and communicate effectively with management and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in our restaurants.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
