As a Store Manager Leader, you'll partner with the Shop Manager to lead a successful team and make a real difference in your community.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead and work as part of a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Help shape a customer-focused store experience by supporting the Shop Manager in leading the team to engage customers through products, campaigns, and activism.
- Proactively solve problems and make sound commercial decisions using available resources.
- Communicate effectively and act as a flexible and responsible role model to your team.
- Develop customer loyalty and build The Body Shop brand.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, people leadership, and team development.
- Ability to meet sales and performance targets with outstanding planning and organizing skills.
- Collaborative skills and ability to work within a feedback culture.
- Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills.
