About the Role:

You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized advice to help them achieve their financial objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Building: Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs, listening to understand what they're asking for, and providing expert advice to help them make informed decisions.
  • Financial Planning: Build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals, whether it's saving for retirement or planning for a major purchase.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop, retain, and grow branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Education and Certification: A mutual funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma.
  • Skills and Qualifications: The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service, self-directed and performance-oriented in your approach, natural curiosity to uncover and solve for customers' needs.
