About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our Workday deployments across various modules, including HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Supply Chain. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling issue resolution and concerns. Your expertise in project management and client relationship management will be essential in driving project success and contributing to the strategic growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Workday deployments across various modules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling issue resolution and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the Professional Services organization.

About You

We are looking for a self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills who can thrive in a dynamic environment. Experience with Healthcare and/or Public Sector customers would be a definite advantage. If you have a proven track record in project management and client relationship management, and are passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Workday Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience leading Workday deployments across multiple modules.
  • Client-Facing Experience: 10+ years in a customer-facing role with a focus on issue resolution and relationship management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities, including comfort interacting with senior executives.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead/support a team, contributing to the strategic direction of the Professional Services team and promoting a positive work environment.

Other Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Healthcare and/or Public Sector deployments is a plus.
  • Adaptability to a constantly evolving and innovative environment.

  • Travel: This role may require frequent travel to client sites (up to 30%).
