Job Title: Greenhouse Labourer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at Evergreen Farming & Green House Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment to ensure optimal growing conditions.
  • Assist in the hand harvesting of vegetables to ensure high-quality produce.
  • Weed and prune plants to promote healthy growth.
  • Assist in the planting of bulbs and seeds to ensure a successful crop.
  • Monitor plants for signs of insect or disease damage and report any issues.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure optimal growth and health.
  • Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Attention to detail.

Personal Suitability:

  • Reliability.
  • Team player.

Experience:

  • 1 to less than 7 months.
