Job Title: Millwright

Highbury Canco is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility.

Work Environment

Our work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be working in a noisy environment with heavy machinery and equipment. You must be able to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment
  • Coach and instruct apprentices
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
  • Experience with automated and robotic systems, conveyor systems, and hydraulic systems
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
