Job Title: Roofing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at Sentinel Roofing Ltd. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing roofing systems on various buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of roofing systems.
  • Work at heights, using safety equipment and gear, to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Install, maintain, and repair single ply sheet membrane roofing systems, including roofing materials and equipment.
  • Perform tasks that require physical demands, such as bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure quality workmanship.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Working at heights training, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Rooftop Safety Training, WHMIS Certificate, Fall Arrest Protection Training Course, and Single ply sheet membrane roofing system experience.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work under pressure.
