About The Wohl Group:
We specialize in providing precision engineering and manufacturing services to the aerospace, spaceflight, and industrial industries. Our team works closely with clients to create high-quality components that meet precise standards.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to review client requirements and produce high-quality components
- Determine machining strategies and generate CNC programs, machining setup sheets, and tool lists for multi-axis machining systems
- Develop work-holding strategies and design fixtures for complex geometries
- Support the shop floor in adhering to AS91000 requirements with risk analysis and the Root Cause Corrective Action process
- Continuously improve processes to reduce costs, enhance quality, and increase efficiency
Essential Qualifications:
- College diploma or engineering degree in a relevant technical field
- At least five years of experience in a precision CNC machining environment
- At least five years of experience in multi-axis CNC programming
- Expert-level skills in Mastercam software
- Demonstrated experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Demonstrated expertise in GD&T and work-holding strategy development
- AS9100 requirements experience considered beneficial
- Knowledge of Metrology Software Product considered advantageous
- Familiarity with advanced CNC systems with Fanuc controls and Renishaw probing systems considered valuable
- Aerospace and/or Space industry experience viewed favorably
Compensation: $30-40/hr
