Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to meet established quality standards.
- Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that all products meet customer requirements.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
