  • Alberta Precision Laboratories is a leading healthcare organization that provides high-quality diagnostic services to patients across the Edmonton region.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest possible standards of practice, including prompt delivery of services to match established key performance indicators and provincial metrics.
  • Supervise technical staff and oversee the laboratory quality assurance program.
  • Participate in clinical consultation with physicians, surgeons, and oncologists.
  • Contribute to general surgical pathology practice.


Qualifications:

  • Eligibility for licensure in the Province of Alberta.
  • Certification in Anatomic Pathology or (AP/CP) General Pathology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or the American Board of Pathology.
  • Fellowship training in Cytopathology.


The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills, experience in quality assurance, operational efficiency, and appropriateness of care.
