Physiotherapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team at William Osler Health System. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, including post-surgical, acute, and sub-acute patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with MSK conditions, optimizing their independence and recovery
- Provide education and consultation to patients, their families, and healthcare teams
- Practice in accordance with the physiotherapy standards of practice and code of ethics
- MSc Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Recent experience providing physiotherapy in an ambulatory care setting
- Experience with assessment and treatment of patients post total knee/hip replacement
- Experience with WSIB clients and return to work planning
- Experience supervising physiotherapy assistants
- Knowledge of evidence-based clinical practice related to surgical patients
- Demonstrated leadership ability within a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of an inter-professional patient care team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
