About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machinist - CNC Specialist to join our team at Mayson Enterprises. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machine tools, ensuring high-quality production and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CNC machine tools, including boring machines, milling machines, and computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
  • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts, read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables.
  • Repair machine tools and parts, set up and adjust production machinery/tools, and maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments.
  • Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances, maintain inspection records, and complete inspection reports.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments and set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine tools, precision measuring instruments, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
