We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Carpenter to join our team at CCBS MAINTENANCE LTD. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes, utilizing measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to construct and repair structures.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to create safe and functional spaces.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to enhance the aesthetic and functionality of our facilities.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings, including mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
