Therapy Assistant

As a Therapy Assistant, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to clients of all ages. Your role will involve contributing to effective and efficient care delivery, including direct and indirect client care, across the healthcare continuum.
Key Responsibilities:- Work effectively with internal and external partners to provide comprehensive care services.
- Display professionalism and strong ethics in client-centered care and participation in care teams.
- Demonstrate evidence of reflective thinking and lifelong learning to enhance individual and team competency.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program planning.
- Supervise students and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Completion of a diploma from an accredited post-secondary rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program or equivalent training.
