About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Vicky Luck Store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales Floor Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Merchandising and Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Team Development: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to support the growth and development of our sales team.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
