About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Supervisor to join our team at Elegance Hair Design. As a key member of our front-end operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Assign sales workers to duties, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and provide guidance and support to ensure the team is working efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure that the workplace is safe and healthy for all employees, and that all safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
