Job Title: Flooring Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Eurocraft Marble Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining high-quality flooring solutions using marble and granite. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an attractive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with 40 hours of work per week in a commercial/residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered with precision and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement effective plans and sketches for optimal floor design and installation.
  • Align and straighten tiles with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Remove and replace damaged or cracked tiles to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Construct underbeds and install anchor bolts, wires, and brackets as required.
  • Cut, surface, polish, and install marble and granite with precision and care.

Requirements:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate and 3 years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in tile covering, marble and granite installation, and related tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
