Job Title: Drywall Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Drywall Supervisor to join our team at Super Homes. This role involves overseeing the installation of drywall sheets, plastering, and other related tasks to ensure high-quality finishes in our homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 1-2 people to install drywall sheets, apply successive coats of compound, and sand seams and joints
  • Ensure that all work meets quality standards and is completed on time
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Instruct apprentices and provide guidance to junior staff members
  • Estimate costs and materials for each project
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing
  • Able to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Benefits:
