The Dover Auto Centre Ltd is seeking a skilled Automotive Body Painter to join our team. As an integral part of our body shop, you will be responsible for painting and repairing vehicles to the highest standards.

We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and manual skills. With at least 2 years of experience in automotive repair and a secondary school education, you will have the ability to read blueprints and work from verbal instructions.

Responsibilities
  • Paint and repair vehicle bodies using various techniques and materials.
  • Inspect and prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and priming as necessary.
  • Apply paint and finishes to exact specifications, working to tight deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive repair.
  • Excellent manual skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read blueprints and work from verbal instructions.
Work Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles, developing your skills and expertise in painting and repair. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
