Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Owner to join our Power & Renewables team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world's most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Roadmap Management

Support the company strategy by articulating the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization.

Product Execution

Manage execution for CRCL Solutions products, from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.

User Story Development

Work in an agile process to develop user stories and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing market and user needs.

Product Backlog Management

Manage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization, and refinement), working day-to-day with multiple P&R team(s) to clarify requirements, balance business needs with technical requirements and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when needed.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

Collaborate with marketing and sales on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved.

Client Support

Work with the Sales and Customer Success teams to answer client questions and create support collateral.

Requirements

  1. Product Management Experience

Solid experience as a Product Owner, ideally from a startup or dynamic background.

Market-Facing Software Experience

Experience with market-facing software and in enterprise solutions product management role is a plus.

Communication Skills

Ability to communicate effectively with development teams to accomplish project goals.

Stakeholder Management

Proven capability of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product.

Business Acumen

Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Presentation Skills

Excellent presentation skills.

Idea Selling

Proven ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally.

Industry Knowledge

Experience in the Power & Renewables space is welcome.
