We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at ProViso Staffing. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing web security policies, managing multiple technology policies, and identifying security issues and risks.
Key Responsibilities- Security Policy Development: Develop and interpret security policies and procedures to ensure the bank's protection and detection.
- Security Architecture: Architect, design, implement, support, and evaluate security-focused tools and services, including project leadership roles.
- Security Compliance: Participate in security compliance efforts and work with internal regulatory and compliance teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training materials and perform general security awareness and specific security technology training.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new and emerging security products and technologies.
- Experience: 8+ years of working experience as an IT Security Analyst, with 3-5+ years of experience with proxy technology.
- Networking Knowledge: 1+ years' experience reflecting strong knowledge of networking: traffic routes, troubleshooting networks, and packet captures.
- Financial Industry Experience: Experience within the financial industry is an asset.
- Technology Familiarity: Familiarity/experience with: Forcepoint, Zscaler, Bluecoat.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish.
- Communication: Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making, forward-thinking, and creative problem-solving skills to anticipate and respond quickly to technological/market influences.
- Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently or with minimal direction.
Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related IT field preferred. CISSP, CCSP is an asset.
