About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team is aligned and working towards common goals.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with proven experience in managing Agile teams within a software development environment.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar, and knowledge of insurance-specific software and workflows is a plus.
