About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team at Aarorn Technologies Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control

Develop and implement effective budget planning and control strategies to ensure the efficient allocation of resources.

Policies and Procedures

Establish and maintain policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Software Evaluation

Research and evaluate various interactive media software products to identify the most suitable solutions for our business needs.

Client Consultation

Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Team Leadership

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Operations Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Client Meetings

Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Technical Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficient in internet, image editing software, HTML editing software, website creation and management software, software development, MS Office, MS Windows, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, HTML, data analysis and interpretation, CSS, and desktop applications.

Area of Work Experience

Experience in design, with a focus on creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with attention to detail, and sitting for extended periods.

Personal Suitability

Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, judgment, organized, team player, and dependability.
