Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Alma Dayrit, Jaime Dayrit. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, shop for food and household supplies, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Support and Assistance: Provide support and assistance to our residents, including cleaning changing rooms and showers, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of our spaces.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, and handle repetitive tasks, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
