We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at A.L.T. Holdings Ltd. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Processing: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Skills: QuickBooks, MS Office, and spreadsheet skills.
