Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Child Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers
  • Maintain daycare equipment and ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Synthesize the overall situation of the children and communicate information to parents
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote child development
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, singing, and outings to local points of interest
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Punctual, dependable, flexible, and able to multitask
