Job Title: Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

Bayshore Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Physiotherapist with Bayshore, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes, promoting independence and improving their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their physical needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve clients' mobility, strength, and function.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with Bayshore's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in physiotherapy.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physiotherapy or recognized equivalent.
  • Current registration with the applicable provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • Experience in home health care or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional client care.
