Your Work Environment

We are currently seeking a Certified Engineering Technologist with experience in land development and municipal infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our project managers and CAD staff to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.

What a Day at EXP Has in Store for You
  • Prepare preliminary and detailed CAD drawings associated with land development and municipal infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate project drawings with project managers, CAD staff, and others
  • Ensure that the projects' needs are met in a timely and effective manner
  • Work under the direction of senior staff and mentor junior CAD staff working within the division
What Your Experience Looks Like
  • Certified Engineering Technologist (with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from a consulting engineering office environment in Ontario)
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a mandatory requirement, along with strong computer software skills in Word, Excel & MS Project
  • Familiarity with various Municipal & Regional design and drafting standards
  • Experience in preliminary and detailed design drawing preparation associated with land development and municipal infrastructure projects
  • Independent, Organized, and Motivated Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced turnaround environment
