Job Description

E.B. Horsman & Son Ltd. is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Management Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and materials, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports on supply chain performance, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to optimize production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while minimizing costs.
  • Train and develop team members in duties and policies, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics, driving business success through effective supply chain management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in supply chain management or a related field an asset
Work Environment

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Language and Hours

English is the primary language of communication, and the successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week.
