About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Technician to join our team at Minto Group. As a Construction Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Construction Team in delivering high-quality construction projects from framing to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and addressing construction deficiencies, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct interior repairs on windows, doors, frames, baseboards, and floors, as well as carpentry finishing and repairs on insulation and drywall.
  • Prepare homes for inspections, including City and customer inspections, and ensure complete cleanup of the home inside and out.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet project deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to assist homeowners and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in residential construction repairs.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • General knowledge of residential construction repairs.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
