Job Title: Department Manager-Front End

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Department Manager-Front End. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with other department managers to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to improve their skills and performance
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
