We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Connect&GO, a global tech leader in attractions management software. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing the best guest experience by owning the visitor point of view of our integrated management platform for attractions.
Key Responsibilities- Owning the guest-facing solution, including e-commerce, guest portal, self-serve kiosk, and back office.
- Planning, establishing, and driving the roadmap for the guest experience within our products.
- Aligning product roadmap with strategic themes and IT systems updates roadmap in close collaboration with our operator experience Product Manager.
- Delivering product vision, producing high-level business requirement documents, managing related product backlogs, developing acceptance criteria, and driving user acceptance testing.
- Partnering with the development team to plan releases and program increments to ensure they are properly planned, managed, and deployed.
- Continuously gathering and analyzing feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive product improvements and iterations.
- Working on the development of Scrum events, planning sprints, refining user stories, and reviewing them with stakeholders.
- Building a strong collaborative work environment with our Product Designers as well as with the Marketing team in preparation of new product announcements.
- Validating UI/UX works to ensure the added value on the product.
- Documenting business decisions and ensuring user guides of developed features are built and shared across all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Support, and other departments to ensure product alignment with overall company goals and customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product to ensure its success and identifying areas for improvement.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status, roadmap changes, and key decisions.
- Prior experience with wikis, bug tracking, agile project management, and product management software – we use Confluence, Jira, Figma, Miro, and Product board.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms is a strong asset.
- Strong ability to empathize with users and lead the customer's vision effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to tackle complex issues efficiently.
- Deep understanding of transactional concepts and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills, crucial for interacting with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively handling tight deadlines and reacting promptly to changes and unforeseen challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, foster a collaborative environment, and mentor junior team members to achieve their best performance.
